Senior executive workshop and networking event 13 Nov 25
The Forces Employment Charity is delighted to run its next Senior Executive Workshop, designed for senior officers (OF5 and above) leaving the Armed Forces.

Event Overview
Across the day, participants will receive:
- An overview of the jobs market, growth sectors, and opportunities in the third sector and overseas
- Guidance on building a personal brand, positioning, salary expectations, and LinkedIn presence
- Insights from senior officers who have successfully transitioned into civilian roles
A networking session at the end of the day will provide opportunities to engage with industry contacts supporting senior management hires.
There are 18 places available; priority will be given to those closest to their leaving date.

The workshop will include
- A market overview with tips and advice from leading head-hunters
- Career journeys of senior officers who have successfully transitioned
- Useful information about pension planning
- An overview of opportunities within the third sector and overseas
Refreshments and a sandwich lunch will be provided throughout the day.
Networking (17:00–19:00)
Immediately following the workshop, The Forces Employment Charity will host a Senior Executive Networking Session (17:00–19:00). This will be an opportunity to meet senior representatives from across industry, executive search firms, and peers.
