The FDM ex-Forces programme is run by ex-service personnel and employs ex-servicemen and women from all ranks and across all three services. FDM have launched over 840+ ex-Forces careers since 2014.

12:30 - 13:30: Overview of the FDM Ex-Forces Programme, delivered by Stewart Sharman (Global Head of Ex-Forces). The session will also feature insights from Ex-Forces consultants currently on the programme.
