You & Sea is a professional maritime training provider focused on practical, confidence-building learning for people who work on, or operate vessels. We deliver a large portfolio of short structured RYA (Royal Yachting Association) & MCA (Maritime & Coastguard Agency) courses as well as bespoke, refresher and non certified training. We are based four miles south of Faslane’.

'The courses we offer cover the full spectrum of operational competence: safety and emergency procedures, navigation and passage planning, sea survival, engineering, stability, and boat handling. Alongside certified programmes, we also specialise in bespoke training, refresher packages, and non-certified courses tailored to specific vessels, roles, operating areas, and organisational procedures—so teams get training that genuinely matches the realities of their day-to-day work. Several of our courses are eligible for ELC funding’.
