Over the past 18 months, the company has hosted 32 civilian workplace attachments for serving personnel, helping individuals explore future careers in a real-world commercial setting. These placements give veterans practical insight, demystify the civilian workplace, and establish lasting professional relationships that frequently lead to full-time employment. Career development, professional growth is actively encouraged and funded across the organisation. Veterans have undertaken a range of vocational and academic qualifications, including Level 6 Project Management, Level 7 Systems Engineering, Master of Laws (LLM), and MBA programmes.
