Course2Career is an ELCAS-approved provider of online IT and cyber security training, built around the CompTIA certifications employers ask for and a complete Cyber Security Career Programme that takes a beginner through to job applications, with recruitment support included.
Cyber security suits the way Service personnel are used to working: procedure, vigilance, working under pressure and taking responsibility for keeping systems and people safe. For most Service leavers the barrier is not aptitude but the lack of a recognised certification, and that is what this training is designed to provide.
Everything is delivered online and self-paced, with video lectures, written materials, hands-on labs and practice tests available around the clock from any device, and tutor and mentor support throughout. There is no block release or fixed timetable, so study fits around a resettlement period or a posting, and course access is extended if a learner is deployed.
The ELCAS-approved courses listed below cover the core CompTIA ladder, from A+ and Network+ through Security+ to CySA+ and PenTest+, each available as a standalone course. The Cyber Security Career Programme combines nine courses in sequence, adding UNIX administration, Python programming and the Microsoft AZ-900 and SC-900 fundamentals, with three official exams (Network+, Security+ and CySA+) included in the price. It also covers a CV rebuild, LinkedIn guidance, interview preparation and job application support.
Course2Career is ELCAS provider number 14012, so eligible Service personnel and leavers can put their Enhanced Learning Credits towards any of the courses below. Claims must be approved before a course starts, so allow at least 25 clear working days before the intended start date. A 10% Armed Forces discount is available on self-funded programmes, though it cannot be combined with an ELC claim.
The company is an authorised CompTIA partner and a Microsoft education partner, holds the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award, and signed the Armed Forces Covenant in September 2026. It works with the Career Transition Partnership, resettlement centres and Armed Forces charities, and supports reservists and military spouses and partners as well as Service leavers and veterans.

| Cyber Security Career Programme (ELCAS) A complete route into cyber security for beginners and career changers, including Service leavers with no IT background. Nine courses taken in sequence: CompTIA Tech+, A+, Network+, Security+ and CySA+, plus UNIX administration, an introduction to Python programming, and the Microsoft AZ-900 and SC-900 fundamentals.
