Vanquis Forces Futures is a dedicated careers and networking event designed to support serving personnel, veterans, and family members of those serving as they explore civilian career opportunities.

Event overview

The event offers an open and inclusive environment where attendees can connect with Vanquis colleagues, gain insight into who we are as a business, and understand the breadth of roles and career pathways available across Vanquis. Participants will also benefit from practical, hands on support, including CV guidance, interview preparation, and advice on applying for roles. This support helps translate military and transferable experience into clear and confident career narratives.

Aligned with Vanquis values, the event is focused on supporting people, unlocking potential and ensuring the Armed Forces community feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to take their next step with confidence.

• We operate as a hybrid business – working 1-2 days a week in your office
