The new .GOV VALOUR website is now live
VALOUR connects veterans and their families to the services, people and organisations that understand your experiences.
UK-wide programme designed to make it easier for veterans and their families to get the care and support they deserve, connecting them to trusted local services and people who understand their experience. No repeating your story to five different organisations before finding the right help.
A key feature of the site is its dedicated pages for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, each pointing you to support and services specific to your area, rather than a generic UK-wide list.
What VALOUR does
- Connects you to trusted local support in your area.
- Helps services work together so you don’t have to repeat your story.
- Makes it easier to find the right help quickly.
Who VALOUR helps
- You don’t have to be in crisis to use VALOUR. Support can be helpful at any stage of life, whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply want to feel more connected.
- For some people, that might mean help with housing, work or health. For others, it might be about building routine, confidence or meeting people who understand your experiences.
- There are no barriers to getting started. If you, a family member or someone you care for has ever served in the UK armed forces, VALOUR can help.
Support is available in whatever way suits you:
- Online, with guidance tailored to where you live
In person, at VALOUR centres and outreach hubs across the UK
By phone or email
More centres are opening in early 2027, alongside a new digital service currently in development.
