The Santander Insight Day is an opportunity for Service leavers to learn more about Santander, Banking and Financial Services at an in-person event featuring speakers from across the business. Come and join Santander at their London office and explore how they support Service leavers.
Event content
Santander's customers come from a wide range of backgrounds, and so do their people. Santander aim to reflect and celebrate diversity in our workplace to create an inclusive culture that adds real value to their business.

Santander Insight Day
The event will feature:
- A short introduction by a member of Santander UK ExCo
- A presentation from their Military Network Lead, focusing on our employee offering; CVs and applications.
- Speakers will be a combination of members of our Military Network and other senior individuals who will explain their areas of business and the opportunities available.
- A Q&A panel of business leaders and Military Network members in break out rooms.
- A networking event with speakers and hiring managers attending.
Santander welcome employees with a wide-ranging set of skills and therefore no limitation or skills requirements are set out here.
