Network Rail engagement day 24 April 2024

09 Apr, 2024

Network Rail has a long history of supporting our Armed Forces and are committed to helping ex-military and veterans reintegrate into successful civilian careers and support our established reservist community.

In 2022, Network Rail's Gold Standard was revalidated, after they originally signed the British Armed Forces Military Covenant in 2015. They were also honoured by the Ministry of Defence with the Employers Recognition Scheme Silver award in 2016 and the Employers Recognition Scheme Gold award in October 2017.

On Wednesday 24 April from 9am to 2pm, Network Rail will be holding an open Engagement Day, at their Puddle Dock building in the Networx Conference Suite, Blackfriars, London EC4V 3DS.

At the event you will find out more about their commitment to the Armed Forces, what it’s like working for Network Rail, hear from one of their ex-military employees and hints and tips on our recruitment process. Refreshments will be provided on arrival and a light lunch in the afternoon.

You will also have the chance to meet Network Rail staff and ask questions.

Who can attend?

Anyone who has served in the Armed Forces and is ex-military are open to attend. This year we are also opening the invite out to partners or spouses of ex-military personnel.
