NatWest Group's Armed Forces Network is inviting service leavers and forces families to a career insight day at its Edinburgh headquarters.

The NatWest Group Armed Forces Network 2026 Career Insight Day is open to service leavers and forces families who want to understand how their military skills and experience translate into a career in banking and financial services.

Hosted at the Royal Bank of Scotland headquarters in Edinburgh, the day includes sessions with Talent Acquisition specialists, presentations from veterans working within NatWest Group today, and the opportunity to network with veterans employed across the bank.

What attendees will gain

• An understanding of how military skills translate into the financial services sector
• A one-to-one CV review with HR and Talent Acquisition
• The chance to network with veterans working within NatWest Group today

Programme

11:30 – 13:00 – Lunch with members of the NatWest Group Armed Forces Network (optional)
This lunch is optional and self-funded. There are several coffee shops, a canteen and a Tesco Express within the RBS headquarters.

13:00 – 17:30 – Main presentations
Presentations from Talent Acquisition and from veterans working within NatWest Group today, together with one-to-one CV reviews with HR and Talent Acquisition.

17:30 – 20:00 – Networking event (optional)
Members of the NatWest Group Armed Forces Network and Talent Acquisition will be on hand for a networking event, with complimentary hot food and drinks provided.
