As emergency locksmiths we are fortunate to be in an industry that is still in demand. Door and window locks don’t care about the lockdown so we are still receiving calls and the guys are helping to “Keep You Safe”.
As you would imagine crime rates are down but naturally people feel exposed when they cannot secure their property. We have been there to help on many occasions over the last 6 weeks.
And, even more than normal, customers are just delighted to know that we are there when we need them. Check out this review left last week for Lee Fowler who joined Lockforce just 8 weeks ago and had to conclude some of his training through video calls.
Talk about a baptism of fire but hugely rewarding when you get some great words from customers.
“Lee came to sort the lock out on our front door (to avoid any more arguments about lost keys when trying to get out of the house). We messaged him to enquire and he was here at 10am the next day. Due to our door being poorly fitted in the first place, what should have been an 'easy and quick job' resulted in it taking a little longer. Lee was very professional and friendly-nothing was too much trouble. After sorting out the twist lock we'd requested, he realised the lock was slightly too big for a decorative feature of the door so ordered the correct size and was back by 2pm to fit it. We are so impressed and we can now open our door easily from both the inside and the out (the original lock was very stiff). Not only is our door now so much more convenient for us, it is also safer as Lee upgraded the lock to an anti-snap. We are beyond impressed with the both the product and service and will most definitely be recommending Lee and using him again should we require his services! Huge thanks.” Left by LB 27/4/20
Also the business has recognised that this time is not easy for anyone due to less work so the head office team are doing a daily Webinar to provide support, learning and guidance to ensure that we are in the best shape when the lockdown is eased.
Many people have asked if it is a good time to start your own business..? For us the answer remains the same from before the virus….. it depends!! We remain optimistic about our future and continue to look for more franchisee with the right fit for our vision and journey.
