For those currently serving or recently transitioned from the Armed Forces, FDM offers a structured pathway into the corporate world.
The FDM Ex-Forces Programme recognises the wide range of transferable skills that service personnel bring—such as adaptability, maturity, leadership, and responsibility—which are essential for success in civilian careers.
Run by former service members, the programme welcomes individuals from all ranks and branches of the military. Since its inception in 2014, FDM has successfully launched over 850 careers for ex-forces personnel.
