Programme overview
The placement programme aims to:
- Aid the transition from a military environment to a corporate one.
- Provide exposure to roles in Technology.

Selection Criteria
- Evidence of achievement, self-motivation, and adaptability to new environments.
- Demonstrable service in the Armed Forces.
- Academic aptitude and commitment to self-improvement through further learning or professional qualifications.
- Availability to start work in May 2025.
- Right to work in the UK and the ability to work at the designated office three days per week.
- Possession of the required security clearance, where necessary.
