Barclays is opening its Glasgow campus to the Armed Forces community for a three-day work placement programme run by its Scotland Military Resource Group.
Barclays is running a three-day work placement programme at its Glasgow campus, giving Service leavers, veterans, military spouses and partners an inside view of the bank and the roles it recruits for in Scotland.
Delivered by the Barclays Scotland Military Resource Group, the programme covers:
An overview of Barclays in Scotland and its Glasgow campus.
Developmental workshops on CV writing, interview techniques and LinkedIn.
Insights into a range of business areas and career opportunities.
Who it is for
Service leavers, veterans and military spouses or partners interested in a career at Barclays Glasgow, or in Glasgow-based placements on the Military Talent Scheme. The programme is open to all members of the Armed Forces community.
Please note
You need to be available for all three days. Barclays cannot take applicants for individual days.
Places are allocated first come, first served and numbers are limited.
On the day
The dress code is smart casual, and lunch and refreshments are provided. The nearest station is Glasgow Central, a five-minute walk from the campus. There is no parking on site.
