Amey - service to success military programme 2-4 June 25
Amey is excited to announce the launch of its second cohort of the “Service to Success” programme in Liverpool, a unique initiative designed to support service leavers in their transition to fulfilling civilian careers.

The newly revamped programme provides individuals in resettlement with a comprehensive, three-day, face-to-face insight into various roles within Amey and the wider industry. Participants will benefit from firsthand experience and tailored support aimed at helping them succeed.
Programme Details:
Date: 2nd – 4th June 2025 (Attendance required for all three days)
Location: Liverpool

Programme Highlights:
Pre-Course Preparation: Mentoring and skill/insight development.
Day 1: Company overview and guest speakers from Amey's Complex Facilities, Transport Infrastructure, and Consulting business units.
Day 2: Focus on Amey’s ESG strategy, current job opportunities, and an Insights Discovery session led by the Learning & Development team.
Day 3: FTG Workshop, employability session with the Amey resourcing team, and an overview of Amey Briggs.
Post Insight Support: Peer and pastoral support, work experience opportunities, and guaranteed interviews for live vacancies.
Service leavers with approximately six months remaining in their resettlement period are encouraged to apply. The programme offers mentoring, work placements, and the potential for interviews, providing valuable support during this crucial career transition.
