Weapons Technician - Aeropeople

As a Weapons Technician you will:
Have previous experience of Aircraft Assisted Escape Systems and Small Arms. Working as part of a small team supporting the Armoury Supervisor you will maintain aircraft and small arms in line with current requirements and legislation.
Core/ Key Responsibilities:
Experience in the maintenance of Aircraft Assisted Escape Systems (preferably Hawk/Typhoon).
Experience in using Military Engineering Publications and Documentation.
Experience in maintaining a wide variety of military aircraft.
Experience of encouraging co-operation within a team, helping to support others to achieve team goals.
Good analytical and problem solving skills which support continuous improvement.
An ability to take personal responsibility for own actions and seeks support to resolve work related problems within the workplace.
A communication style which can be adapted to meet the needs of the individual and provide clear and concise verbal and written information to people.
Essential Qualification and skills:
Formal training as a Weapons Technician.
Small Arms qualification Q-W-GDSA
Full driving licence.
