Sales Manager – Leading Berkshire Health Club

What will I be doing?

  • Communicating accurate information to prospective members regarding the Clubs’ facilities, prices and memberships terms and conditions, in a timely manner to achieve set sales targets.
  • Delivering daily Brilliant Basics as outlined in the Sales Consultant Ways of Working document e.g. a required minimum level of completed calls, Club Tours and sales run rate.
  • Working to the framework outlined in the ClubCentric Standard Operating Procedures document.
  • Participating in regular 1-2-1’s with your Sales Manager to review performance against specific daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
  • Ensuring all club tours are tailored to the prospective members using our Insights method of selling to tailor, take control and challenge a prospect’s current lifestyle compelling them to join the Club.
  • Demonstrating a passion to serve through delivering an excellent member experience and ensuring value for money and member retention is maximised.
  • Demonstrating expertise about the club facilities and products and being prepared to participate in club events.
  • Maintaining an active interest in of the local market, including competition informing your sales manager of any new opportunities.
  • Walking your Club daily and helping the Club team deliver 5 star standards across the Club, through an obsessive attention to detail, taking a See it, Fix it approach.


What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts to accommodate the business requirements.
  • Good GCSE’s or equivalent – maths and English essential. A levels or equivalent preferred.
  • Genuine passion when engaging with colleagues, prospects and members.
  • Experience of working within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to a deadline.
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Drive and determination to exceed all targets and aspire for club growth.
  • Thirst for knowledge and genuine passion to share experiences, Insight and best practise with all those around you.
  • Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate – experience of working with data systems essential.
  • Strong communication, listening and collaboration skills.

OTE is £36-40K but is uncapped
