The University of Northampton

The University of Northampton is an approved provider for the Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELCAS), which offers financial support for higher-level education to members of the UK Armed Forces.

The University of Northampton is the major provider of higher education for Northamptonshire and the immediate surrounding population. It has received awards for its development of Active Blended Learning. This student centered approach to teaching and learning underpins its face-to-face portfolio of programmes as well as its flexible/distance learning programmes. This means that all students, wherever located within the region or elsewhere, are equally well supported. Its academic programmes are managed in three faculties: Business and Law; Arts, Science and Technology; and Health, Education and Society.
