The CTP Employment Fairs are designed to support the transition of Service leavers and Veterans from military to civilian life. These events connect attendees with forces-friendly employers who recognise and value the unique skills developed through military service.</p>
<p>Whether participants are exploring new career paths or actively seeking employment, the fairs provide direct access to employers, expert advice, and a supportive environment tailored to their needs.</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong> Attendance is exclusive to serving and ex-military personnel and their families who have pre-registered through the Career Transition Partnership. The events are not open to the general public.<br></p>
