Automotive and Engineering Apprenticeships
If higher education isn't for you, an apprenticeship is a great place to start your career journey. You start learning - and earning - straight away. You'll be paid at least the minimum wage, and get the holidays you need to enjoy a good work-life balance.
Our apprenticeships in the Automotive and Engineering industries usually last between one and four years. Throughout your learning, you'll attend GTG, learning practical skills and building on your knowledge, and be assessed in your workplace, too.
We also offer on-the-job apprenticeships, which are entirely work-based, and include careers in the Logistics and Business Services sectors. These last between 12 and 15 months. You'll learn in your own work environment, and GTG assessors will visit you at work to assess your progress.
By the end of your apprenticeship, you can expect to have gained the
skills you need to succeed in your chosen field and be in a position to take up further training. With 91% of candidates in work just six months after becoming qualified, an apprenticeship is a fantastic way to launch your career.
