Bespoke Professional Development (BePro) are a highly experienced training company, based in the market town of Stokesley. We are predominantly focused on business related qualifications to both individuals and organisations. We provide programmes accredited by the UK’s leading awarding bodies, including CMI and CIPD, in Management and Leadership, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Education and Training and more.

Founded by mother and daughter duo Val Swales and Georgina Selmi in 2014, BePro have a wealth of experience in Management and HR.

CIPD Block learning: Level 5 in Human Resource Management
The intermediate level CIPD HR qualification is suitable for those who already possess a level 3 academic qualification and work in an HR role, or those who wish to get into an HR role and possess a level 5 qualification such as an undergraduate degree. We include topics such as employment law, talent planning and managing an HR function within the intermediate qualifications

The foundation level CIPD HR qualifications are suitable for those who want to get into an HR role and have no formal HR qualifications already. There are no formal entry requirements however it is useful to possess at least a level 2 in an academic subject, or work in an HR role. We include topics such as employment relations, performance management and resourcing talent within the foundation qualifications
