Soldiering On Awards 2021 – nominations now open!

19 Jan, 2021

This is your opportunity to nominate an individual, group or organisation, who you think deserves national recognition for their contribution in support of the wider Armed Forces community …

The 10th anniversary of the Soldiering On Awards was extraordinary on many levels. A record number of nominations were received for the 2020 awards across all categories, with 41 finalists gathering at a House of Lords reception on 20 February. With as much glitz and glamour as possible, including special guest hosts and announcers for each event, our virtual Winners’ Ceremonies began on 24 September, and five weeks later concluded with a live stream from the BFBS Studios.

We’re delighted to announce that the nominations process for the 2021 Awards has now opened and will run for two months, to give people time to reach out within their communities and networks, and identify the individuals or organisations they feel deserve to be put forward for recognition. The Awards honour individuals, groups, businesses and organisations from the military community, celebrating the many outstanding achievements of those who have served their country and who work for the benefit of the Armed Forces community.

There is no restriction on how many nominations you can make. Once you have registered on the Soldiering On website you can start nominating. You can access your submissions and make amendments, by using the Current Nominations tab, at any time up until the closing date (19 March).

The nomination categories are listed below.

The Soldiering On Awards are the most inclusive awards in the military space, and there will be an award for each corner of our wider Armed Forces community.
