As well as welcoming direct employment applications from members of the Armed Forces, Jaguar Land Rover have also created innovative placements and training, designed to provide insight and support for careers beyond the military.

What To Expect

During your insight day at the Solihull manufacturing plant, you will be given a guided tour by our maintenance teams, many of whom are veterans and reservists. You will experience the environment our cars are built in, learn about the technology and processes we use to maintain the production lines and engineering facilities. It will be a great opportunity to talk to hiring managers who understand the skills your military service has given you and understand where you fit in. The tour typically last arounds 2 hours and the support continues once you begin the application process via our Armed Forces Community Network volunteers.
