Come and join our team. A new opportunity has arisen to join the Customer experience transformation programme on an 12 month fixed term contract supporting the programme and stakeholders across the business through a period of change.
What will you be doing?
As the Change Manager, you will work closely with the programme team to identify business changes; this will include people, process and system changes. You will understand the impact of the changes and work with the business to implement them, with a particular emphasis on delivering cultural change, helping the business move towards a more customer-centric culture.
Reporting into the Programme Manager, you will provide expertise which will create a smooth and effective programme of change.
This role will also see you responsible for the adoption of the changes throughout the business, using tools and techniques to measure success and carry out required actions to embed the changes fully.
What do you need?
As an experienced Change Manager, you will ideally have experience in a similar role where you have embedded and driven a culture of change. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to effectively build stakeholder relationships.
You will be able to develop training strategies and communicate them effectively.
Well organised with strong attention to detail, you will be able to persevere with tasks until they are accomplished, irrespective of obstacles. You will also be able to work with a diverse range of people at different levels.
