Notes:

Kingswood Training Services specialise in the provision of training courses for Service Leavers in Tree Surgery and Forestry Skills.

The courses themselves are specifically designed to provide trainees with nationally recognised training and certification in a wide range of subjects including chainsaw handling skills, climbing and rescue, use of chainsaw from rope and harness, and use of woodchippers, stumpgrinders and brushcutters. Our combination courses also include advice on starting and running a tree surgery business, self-employment, and how and where to purchase specialised equipment. Further courses, such as Advanced Climbing and Rigging are available as a follow up. Because Kingwood are unique in specialising in training Service Leavers, you will be trained in small groups of motivated, like-minded people at a facility which is widely regarded as being second to none.

All courses are delivered by qualified instructors with many years of industry experience behind them, and lead to nationally (and internationally) recognised NPTC qualifications, with a pass rate of over 90% with the NPTC exams. The courses are specifically designed to help candidates with no previous experience to start businesses, or gain employment, in this interesting outdoor workplace.

More details on our courses, including a downloadable information pack and testimonials from service leavers, are available on our updated website - www.kingswoodtraining.co.uk/combo.htm
