Full and Part Time Customer Services Administrators

Description

One of the UK’s leading recruitment companies are looking for full and part time experienced and dedicated customer service individuals to join our client, a leading gas and electricity pipeline operator based in Northampton.

Working in Customer Services you will:

• Take emergency gas escape calls and general queries from the general public.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding any queries.
• Give out accurate and safety advice.

The ideal Emergency Call Handler will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Experience in customer service
• Good People Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PC skills are essential.

Full training will be provided as well as regular performance monitoring.

There are a number of Part and full time shifts available between the hours of 7.00 am and 2.00 am.

In return you will work in a newly refurbished office, with restaurant facilities and a fantastic team environment. You will receive a salary of £6.92 per hour plus shift allowance with 28 days holiday, a company pension and shares scheme.
