Employment success for Train2Train delegate

Train2Train is the UK’s sole provider of Compliance Training Instructor based training. It is rapidly becoming the number-one provider of choice for Service leavers. It is unsurprising that the Compliance Training Instructor course has been extremely popular, as it is the only course of its kind that enables individuals to deliver 13 HSE and QCF qualifications (covering subjects including First Aid, Health and Safety, and Food Safety) upon successful completion. Service leavers are using the course to set up their own businesses, gain employment with training providers or secure positions with large corporate companies. The qualifications gained from the Compliance Training Instructor Course do not tie delegates down to a single profession. Instead they give them a great deal of flexibility when choosing their second career paths.

Train2Train believes that, to understand the resettlement process and the traumas that it can involve, you really need to have gone through the same experiences yourself. This is why our resettlement branch are all ex-Service personnel who have completed their full colour service.

A fantastic success story on one of our Compliance Training Instructor courses was that of WO1 Paul Walledge, Royal Corps of Signals. During Paul’s course he consistently impressed his tutor with his enthusiasm and attention to detail. So much so that Paul was offered a work placement with Train2Train and subsequently a permanent position as the Resettlement Training Manager, which he has accepted.
