Job description

A unique management role at the world’s best gliding club

This role will suit someone with an active interest in light aviation who is looking for an interesting career move, or a new direction after leaving the Services, or taking early retirement from a running an enterprise or a membership organisation. The role requires good interpersonal and small business management and development skills to run office, grounds, facilities, engineering maintenance and catering staff, as well as maintaining good communications with club members and working closely with and representing the Committee of Management, the club’s member-elected board.
