Convert your military leadership expertise into an equivalent position in industry
The Masters in Leadership and Management has been developed to support tri-service senior non-commissioned and commissioned ranks with their transition. The course will equip you with the leadership and management skills to complement those previously acquired in the military to facilitate your entry into civilian careers.
The course consists of core Leadership and Management modules and three optional streams from which you will choose: Business Start-up; Energy; or Financial Services. You will go on to undertake a real-life Consultancy Project in your chosen industry sector - gaining valuable practical experience and networking opportunities.
Study full-time (1 year) or part-time, online (3 years)
Start September or January
